The Governor is pleased to order the following with immediate effect:

1. Shri S.Z. Luksom, SFS, Director of Forests, Himalayan Zoological Park, Forests, Environment and Wildlife Management Department shall look after works of Social Forestry Sector in addition to his own duties.
2. Shri C. Lachungpa, IFS, Conservator of Forests, Land Use and Environment, Forests, Environment and Wildlife Management Department shall took after the works of FCA in addition to his own duties.
3. Shri D.C. Nepal, SFS, Social Forestry, FCA, Forests, Environment and Wildlife Management Department shall look after the works of RVP, Tareythang in addition for his own duties.
4. Shri Birendra Swaroop, IFS, D.F.O. (Territorial) West, Forests, Environment and Wildlife Management Department is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Science & Technology Department, Gangtok.
5. Shri Karma Zimba, IFS, D.F.O. (Working Plan), East, Forests, Environment and Wildlife Management Department shall look after the works of Working Plan, West with Headquarter at Gangtok.
6. Shri Anbalagan, IFS, Deputy Secretary, Science and Technology Department is transferred and posted as DFO (Territorial) West, Gyalshing, Forests, Environment and Wildlife Management Department vice Sl. No. 4 above.
7. Shri D. Manjunathan, IFS, A.C.F. (Working Plan), Forests, Environment and Wildlife Management is transferred and posted as DFO (Working Plan) South and West with Headquarter at Gangtok.
8. Shri T.R. Bhutia, SFS, D.F.O. Utilisation, Forests, Environment and Wildlife Management Department is Transferred and posted as DFO (E.P.C.) Gangtok.
9. Smt. Sonam Choden, SFS, D.F.O. Zilla Panchayat, North, Forests, Environment and Wildlife Management Department is transferred and posted as D.F.O. Social Forestry, East.
10. Shri C.B. Bhujel, SFS, D.F.O. (Land Use & Environment), East, Forests, Environment and Wildlife Management Department is transferred and posted as D.F.O. Zilla Panchayat, North.
11. Shri B.C. Koirala, SFS, D.F.O. (E.P.C.) Forests  Environment), East, Forests, Environment and Wildlife Management Department Gangtok, is transferred and posted as D.F.O. Utilisation, Gangtok.
12. Shri K.B. Gurung, SFS, D.F.O. (Social Forestry), Forests, Environment and Wildlife Management Department, East is Transferred and posted as D.F.O. (Land Use and Environment, East with PIA Project (X).
13. Shri S.B. Parangden, SFS, ACF Himalayan Zoological Park, Forests, Environment and Wildlife Management Department Gangtok is transferred and posted as ACF Utilisation and EPC, Headquarter, Gangtok.
14. Shri Sonam Pintso Bhutia, SFS, ACF. Block Administrative Centre, Forests, Environment and Wildlife Management Department, Passingdong shall look after the work of ACF Social Forestry, North in addition to his own duties.
15. Shri N.T. Bhutia, SFS, ACF Land Use and Environment, Headquarter, Forests, Environment and Wildlife Management Department East is transferred and posted as ACF Land Use and Environment, Chungthang Sub-Division, North.
16. Shri K.B. Subedi, SFS, ACF Social Forestry, Forests, Environment and Wildlife Management Department, East shall look after the works of ACF RVP, Tareythang in addition to his own duties.
17. Shri Phurba Bhutia, SFS, ACF, Block Administrative Centre, Forests, Environment and Wildlife Management Department, Pakyong is transferred and posted as ACF, Forest Central Store, Deorali.
18. Shri Karsang Lama, SFS, ACF, Sericulture, Forests, Environment and Wildlife Management Department is transferred and posted as ACF Block Administrative Centre, Pakyong.
19. Shri Narapati Dahal, SFS, ACF Utilisation, Forests, Environment and Wildlife Management Department Gangtok is Transferred and posted as ACF Himalayan Zoological Park, Gangtok.
20. Shri Dhurba Lohagan, SFS, ACF Block Administrative Centre, Mangan, Forests Environment and Wildlife Management Department, North shall look after the works of ACF Wildlife, North in addition to his own duties.
