CRH has started vaccination services for "Third Dose of COVID-19 (Precaution Dose) from 10' January 2022" as per the guidelines of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India released on 27 December 2021 at the CRH COVID Vaccine Centre (CVC) (located at erstwhile SMU Distance Education Block).
As per the guideline, the eligibilities for 3rd Dose COVID Vaccination are as under:
1. The 3rd Dose of COVID Vaccine will be provided to all category of staff (including
Contractual) of CRH, SMIMS, SMU, SMIT Clinic and students of SMIMS, SMCON and
SMCPT and Senior Citizens above 60+ years with comorbidity.
2. The person should have completed 39 weeks after the 2nd Dose of COVID Vaccine on the day of vaccination.
3. The staffs have to bring their ID Cards and 2nd Dose Vaccination Certificate (hard copy or soft copy).
4: The staffs can register their name at CVC for hassle free vaccination.
NOTE: Paid vaccination for 60+ years with comorbidities and normal doses are also available for the public.
