NOTICE FROM LAND REVENUE AND DISASTER MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT, GOVERNMENT OF SIKKIM

ATTESTATION NOTICE
This is for information of the general public, land owners, financial institutions (having entered in land mortgage agreement) and concerned Panchayats of Yangtam Revenue Block of Changey Senti Revenue Circle, under Pakyong Sub- Division, of East District, that
the Survey and Record Writing work of Yangtam Revenue Block(s) has been completed. The draft Cadastral Map and records can be accessed at the following locations for verification by
all concerned:
1. SDM Office, Pakyong, East Sikkim
2. 26 Aho Yangtam Gram Panchayat Kendra (GVK)
3. DILRMP, E-Gov and GIS cell, LR&DMD, SITCO compound, Deorali.
It can also be accessed online at www.sikkimlrdm.gov.in.
Further, to authenticate the draft land records and the parcha issued to all the concerned land owners, the date of “ATTESTATION” under the provisions of Rule 7 of Sikkim Record Writing and Attestation Rules, 1988 shall be on one month after the issue of this notice.
If any land owner having their claim and objection against the entry of land made by the survey team should file complain in writing to the Attestation Officer (Revenue Officer of Pakyong Sub-Division) on or before the date of attestation. If no claim or objection is
received within this notice period, the record will be authenticated on the day of attestation.
Thereafter, all the concerned land owners are requested to collect the attested documents at SDM office, Pakyong, East District along with their parcha and Aadhaar/ UID document, after the expiry of the notice period.
