Siliguri, Nov 21 (IPR): Union Minister of State for External Affairs and Education, Government of India, Dr Rajkumar Ranjan Singh, landed at Bagdogra airport this morning. He is on a three day official visit to Sikkim.
The Minister of State will be attending a program for Capacity Building of Exporters for Enhancing Exports from Sikkim.
The MoS was received by Mr Gyaltsen Sherpa, Joint Director, Education Department and officials from Protocol Unit, Siliguri.
