Following the reports of 11 new positive cases of COVID-19 from Ranipool area, Ranipool bazaar and Sun Pharma plant -II, the areas have been declared as Containment Zone. All shops and other Commercial plants shall be closed except Essential commodities.
All were primary contacts of Sun Pharma employee who had tested positive before two days.
In addition to above, one Police personnel deployed at STNM hospital and residing in Bahai School Road, Tadong area, Gangtok, was found positive.
