Gangtok, January 20 (IPR): 
Ahead of the 16th Finance Commission meeting with the Sikkim State Government, the Commission led by its Chairman, Dr Arvind Panagariya, met with Chief Minister Mr Prem Singh Tamang at his office in the Tashiling Secretariat, this morning.
Dr Panagariya was accompanied by esteemed members and distinguished officials of the Commission.
