Mangan, May 03(IPR): A progress and follow up meeting for the Vibrant Village Programme in Kabi and Mangan blocks was held today under the chairmanship of District Collector Mangan, Mr Anant Jain.
Present in the meeting were ADM Mangan Mr Pema Wangchen Namkarpa, ADC Development Mangan Dr. Sonam R Lepcha, SDM Kabi Ms Monika Rai, BDO Kabi Mr Tashi Wangyal Bhutia, BDO Mangan Mr Kailash Thapa and officials.
The meeting aimed to assess the ongoing developmental activities, identify bottlenecks and ensure timely implementation of approved projects under the scheme. The meeting also focused on inter departmental coordination and the importance of community participation in achieving sustainable development goals in border villages.
The meeting concluded on a collaborative note, with all departments agreeing to maintain close coordination and report progress periodically.
