Mr Bhim Hang Limboo, Minister for Department of Labour assumes office
Gangtok, June 20 (IPR): Mr Bhim Hang Limboo, new Minister for Labour Department, officially assumed his duties at the Labour Department Office in Lingding, today.
He was welcomed by Mr Ragul K, Secretary Labour Department, in a brief ceremony held at the department's conference hall, wherein, he congratulated Mr Bhim Hang Limboo on his second term as Minister.
The Minister thanked the department for the warm welcome and urged everyone to work together for the benefit of the department and the State.
He further stated that, under the leadership of the Chief Minister, the state is progressing towards 'Sunaulo Sikkim, Samriddha Sikkim'.
The programme also had the presence of Ms Urvashi Poudyal, Director, Labour Department, MsTashi Wangmu Sherpa, Additional Labour Commissioner-I, Mr Siromani Neopaney, Additional Labour Commisioner-II, Mr BP Bhattrai Deputy Labour Commissioner, Mr BB Rai, Additional Director, ALCs of all the districts and staff of the department.
