Today at Rajbhavan, Hon'ble Governor of Sikkim Mr. Om Prakash Mathur, Vice President of Sikkim Cricket Association Dinesh Khator and representatives invited him for the Ranji Trophy match between Sikkim and Goa on 18-21 October 2024 at the Mining Ground of Sikkim.
During this meeting, members of the cricket association briefed the Governor about the development of cricket in Sikkim and growing enthusiasm of youth towards sports.
The Governor expressed pleasure on the fact that there are immense possibilities in the field of sports in Sikkim. He has urged the younger generation to participate in sports as much as possible and exhibit their talents.
The Governor has congratulated the Cricket Association for this event.
