                            Gyalshing,October 29:
To commemorate the glorious 50 years of Sikkim's statehood and the 9th National AYURVEDA Day, the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Sikkim, in collaboration with the National AYUSH Mission, organised a health camp at the District Administrative Centre (DAC), Gyalshing,today.
Theme: "AYURVEDA for Workplace Wellness - AYURVEDA Innovation for Global Health"
Objective: To promote holistic well-being among government officials and employees.
Services:
• Free screenings for Blood Pressure, Blood
Sugar, and Hemoglobin
• Consultations with Ayurveda and
Homoeopathy doctors
• Free medicines and immunoboosters
• Distribution of IEC materials on diet
management for hypertension, diabetes, and
daily regimen(dincharya).
The health camp received an enthusiastic response, with a large number of patients benefiting from the comprehensive services provided.The successful organisation of the health camp was made possible through the dedicated efforts of the team from 50 Bedded AYUSH Hospital, Kyongsa Gyalshing with
