Today on 04/11/2024 under the guidance of Commandant Palden Bhutia, a health awareness camp was conducted at 1st IRBn Camp, Sikkim Police, Wazirabad, Delhi, on the topic of Accupressure Therapy.
The resource person of the program was Dr. Nadeem Haider an Acupressure expert who enlightened the Officers and jawans of 1st IRBn Wazirabad Camp regarding various ways to treat or apply the acupressure therapies and tools for different illnesses like, Diabetes, high uric acid, hypertension, piles, sciatica, arthritis and many more. He also gave hands on training to all the personnel present for this two hour training .
