Today at Rajbhavan Nepali Culture Council, Sikkim President Mr. Anant Bhandari and Executive Members paid courtesy visit to Hon'ble Governor of Sikkim Mr. Om Prakash Mathur.
During this time, the Chairman gave detailed insight about the activities being done for preserving Indian Sanatan culture and traditions and forthcoming plans and programs which aim to keep Sanatan culture and traditions alive and lead them to the new generation.
The Governor appreciated the efforts of the council and said that preservation of culture and traditions is very important for the society. They encouraged the council to continue their efforts and assured every possible help.
Gangtok, December 3 (Raj Bhavan): The executive body of Nepali Sanskriti Parishad, Sikkim, led by president, Shri Anant Bhandari paid a courtesy call on the Hon'ble Governor of Sikkim, Shri Om Prakash Mathur at Raj Bhavan on Tuesday.
During the meeting, the president, Shri Bhandari provided comprehensive details on the work being done by Nepali Sanskriti Parisad in the State to preserve Bharatiya Sanatan culture and customs, as well as plans and initiatives to preserve Sanatan culture and customs and pass them on to the young generation.
The Hon’ble Governor praised the Parishad's work and stated that preserving culture and traditions is extremely important for society. Additionally, he encouraged the Parishad to continue its work and assured all possible support to preserve Sanatan culture.
