Display of "Mangenna" Documentary Show Based on Limboo Folk song and Culture,organised by Department of Limboo, Sancha Man Limboo Govt College(SMLGC)Aarigoan Gyalshing was held today at the G-33 Conference Hall, SMLGC, Aarigoan Gyalshing.
Dr Thupten Palzang Bhutia(Dean S/A) graced the event as the Chief guest.Others present were Mr BM Subba(Vice Principal),Mr Pema Loday Lepcha (Asst Prof), Mr Pem Dorjee Lepcha(HoD Lepcha), Mr Pahang Limboo(Asst.Prof), Mr Bhim Bdr Limboo (HoD Limboo) and students.
The documentary show "Mangenna" was a resounding success, with students thoroughly enjoying the showcase of Limboo folk songs and culture.
This event highlights the importance of preserving and promoting Limboo cultural heritage, and provides a platform for students to connect with their roots.
It is to mention that the documentary was
directed by Mr Ran Bir Limbu and producer/artist by Mr Ima Hang Setling.
