PwD Voters Awareness Programme Held Under SVEEP Initiative in Mangan District
Mangan, April 19: A special Voter Awareness Programme for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) was successfully conducted under the Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) initiative for 31-Lachen Mangan Assembly Constituency today. The programme aimed to promote electoral awareness, accessibility, and inclusive participation among PwD voters in the district.
The event had the presence of the following officials:
1. Mr Rinchen Dorjee Bhutia, SDM (HQ)
2. Mr Karma Sherpa, Deputy Secretary, Election Department, Mangan
3. Mrs Choden Bhutia, Social Welfare Officer, Mangan
4. Mr Ongdup Bhutia, Social Welfare Inspector, Mangan
5. All Booth Level Officers (BLOs), PwD participants and stakeholders
The programme is part of the ongoing electoral awareness campaign being undertaken across Mangan District.
